I really like the new "Welcome-Screen". But there seems to be no option to show this every time OOo has 
no open document.
Under Mac OS X you normally do not quit the application and therefore its always open, with all windows 
closed. It would be nice to have an option to see the "Welcome-Screen" by clicking the OOo-icon even if 
OOo is already started.
