Hi, 
Go under Insert > Object and under Format > Object, the same extended tips is
displayed for both menu entries.

The string is in HC2/shared/01.po

The same help is shown for Insert-Object and Format-Object because both commands
use the same Help ID .uno:ObjectMenu.
The other commands in Writer's Insert menu have Help IDs like
.uno:InsertSomething. However it would be better to change the Help ID for the
Format menu, because that command Format-Object only exists in Writer, so only
one application is affected. The Insert-Object exists in all modules, which
might be more difficult to change.
Please assign a new Help ID to Writer's Format-Object command.
