When loading a presentation, the user does not want to see a request whether to
update embedded links. User wants automatic update without question.
Solution1: add a configuration switch, either for all or for a specific document
Solution2: suppress such requests by default when office was started with -show
start parameter

We have comparable problems in Writer, e.g. in Master Documents. So I would like
to see a solution that is consistent across all applications. IIRC fl has
invested some thoughts on it a while ago.
