Some issues have been fixed, others are invalidated. Some tests leave open their
work documents etc.

Short: Fix the tests so it runs without unjustified warnings.

Fix QUASTe problems as well.

Fixed. Incorrect includes have been corrected, the tests now do a better
cleanup, the order of tests was changed (need to investigate further, as we do
not want dependencies between tests) etc.
