Had several instances with a slide show in Impress crashing. Did not matter if
saved in MS or ODF. Easy enough to create the presentation; when slide show is
started the trouble begins. White screen displayed, then nothing. Froze up the
computer several times when this happened. Required a hard re-boot.  

I currently run 2.4 with no problems whatsoever.

I checked with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[300m25 (Build9330)]" and the "What is OOo 2.0" presentation; I can NOT confirm
the reported hang.

I checked with "Ooo-dev 3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version English UI WIN XP:
[300m27 (Build9336)]" and smple files sent to me by PM: no crash, no problem.

works fine for me in general -> must be more specific

please check if it still occur after a reinstall and send a sample file
