Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 92332
copy and paste issue with filtered spreadsheets
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:11:28 UTC
I filter a spreadsheet to only display a subset of the rows, copy a column of cells, and then paste-transpose these cells in another sheet. However, when the pasted cells are unfiltered, i.e. include those cells that should have been filtered out. A work-around is to paste the cells without doing the transpose, then re-copying those cells and then doing the paste-transpose. Ideally this shouldn't be necessary.
That should be: However, the pasted cells are unfiltered. Not "...when the pasted cells are unfiltered..."
On WinXP, DEV300_m28,the problem exists. Reproduce Steps: 1.Open the example file "Example.ods" or create a new calc document; 2.Filter the data "B3:B16", and then Copy the filtered data cells; 3.Select a cell in the same sheet or another sheet, right click—Paste Special,in Paste Special dialogue, select "Transpose",click OK. the paste result is as the original description.
