the dba_ReportBuilder.bas script tries to install the SunReport Builder
Extension, but fails as this is not in testautomation cvs.

expected file location is
testautomation/dbaccess/optional/input/sun-report-builder.oxt

(see dbaccess/tools/reporttools.inc)
