When querying for the "active" in Draw or Impress we need a forced delay of 1
second in security_macrosecurity.inc::166

This issue is - as so often - merely related to network performance while
file-i/o takes place.
I just moved one call up and thus changed the order of execution slightly which
appears to be sufficient.
