Description kpalagin 2008-08-27 07:11:05 UTC
Repro:
1. Start Writer with empty document, type "Alexandr" twice, separating words
with space.
2. Place "Alex" into clipboard (by typing it, selecting and copying for
example).
3. Select each word as part of multiselection by holding Ctrl and double-
clicking every word.
4. Press Ctrl-V - you get "AlexAlex" for last selected word.

Happens with OOO300m3 (Build 9344) as well, also on Linux.

This is happen by replacing all selected part and inserted at the cursor position.
When cursor is not the part of one of the selection, current behavior seems correct.
So, expected behavior is ?: if cursor is there in the one of selection, pasting should not happen at the cursor position?

This problem is happen when paste is private, so paste source is come from different application
like text editor or web browser, all selections are gone and pasting is happen at the cursor position, this is another problem it seems.
