Till version 2.3 OO installed registry keys to permit opening and printing 
files coming from MS Office as .DOC, .PPT and .XLS and all these files could be 
printed in command line thanks to these associations. From 2.3, .DOC and .PPT 
files continue to be printed thanks to the command that is created by OO 
installation and that looks like (@="\"C:\\Program Files\\OpenOffice.org2.2
\\program\\soffice.exe\" -pt \"%2\" \"%1\"" 
For .XLS files the command does not work anymode.

Run C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program\soffice.exe -pt PrimoPDF file.xls
Works.
