Currently only w_updt.bas is a cat0 and thereby a required test.
The two writer tests ww_updt.bas and ma_updt.bas belong to other categories and
should thus be moved to "optional".

These tests are a little complicated because
a) If we move them to ../optional we break the rule that we should not crosslink
between modules (that includes required <> optional)
b) If we do not move the .bas files we have optional tests within the required
module.

As discussed with HDE and FHA we opt for the clean solution which is to merge
ma_updt.bas and ww_updt.bas int w_updt.bas in those places where we have
differences. So only w_updt.bas remains which then covers the stuff from the
other two tests as well.
