Place the SVG image into clean document. Now export to PDF. As You can see,
there are some line artefacts in the colour areas of image in PDF instead of
pure colour.

PDF looks a little "spidery", but I can not see "line artefacts". Please attach
a screenshot from your PDF view with comments.

Spidery is a good description. Instead of smooth colour fill, the image is
filled with horizontal lines.

AFAIK the (inofficial?) code causing the problem is maintained by thb.

Yes and no - svg import is mine, not sure about the cause though. But might well
be inherent to gdimtf's integer coordinates...
