The test case did not test anything because the test case has been created
before the implementation has been finished. The QAErrorlog will be removed with
this adoption because the implementation of issue #63017# will tested then.

I have modified documentation 
- in t_menu.inc (global) because also enabled menu entries are being counted
- in ch2_flexible_source_range_selection.inc because I have moved the sub for
opening the test document to the common tools library of chart2-tests and we
have to remove the '/// if we are modifying a lib.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
