In MSExcel it is possible to format a cell to [hhh]:mm, which is changed to
hh;:mm during import in Calc.

How ugly..
Btw, for completeness, the more h in [hhh] the more leading 0 the number has.
I'm not sure at the moment if we can store that detail in ODF, but the format
will have to be fixed anyway.
