On compatible builds old packages aren't removed.
Renaming of the rpm and deb packages from e.g.

broffice.org3.0-debian-menus_3.0-9354_all.deb

to

broffice.org3.0-debian-menus_3.0_all.deb

will fix this problem.

as discussed offline: for OOO300 code line I'll take care that in default HH
master builds sysui always gets built from scratch. Not really pretty, though ...
