Description nicklevinson 2008-10-01 05:26:15 UTC
In Writer 2.4.0 > Help > Contents tab, open Text Documents. See subtheme titled
"Tables of Content and Indexes".

Put an "s" after "Content".

Syntactically, you can say the singular there, but it looks wrong because the
plural is expected, and you don't get to explain your exception. Please pluralize.

Thanx.

Comment 9 Uwe Fischer 2009-07-23 11:43:08 UTC
OK, this gets nasty.
Definitely, since some iterations, the word "Content" is replaced by the word
"Contents" in all *.tree files. Still we see "Tables of Content and Indexes" as
a heading in the Contents tab page of hcshared22.
As this seems to be a problem on a higher level, I set the priority to 3.
Comment 10 Uwe Fischer 2009-07-23 11:45:41 UTC
and change the owner
Comment 11 Uwe Fischer 2009-07-24 14:58:35 UTC
May be a part of a build log can shine some light on the problem:

perl ../../helpers/update_tree.pl && touch ../../common.pro/misc/treefiles.done
Processing en-US
Reading tree strings for en-US...done
Reading tree files...done

Processing sbasic.tree
Read 245 lines

Processing scalc.tree

Processing schart.tree

Processing swriter.tree~

Obviously, the building script collects all files in the folder, including the
shared.tree~ file, which is a backup file of the editor. So, when you edit a
tree file and do not remove the backup of the older file, well, bad luck ...
But may be this is the wrong track.
Comment 12 ab 2009-07-29 10:46:08 UTC
ab->ufi: I can't find a general problem here.

1. It's strange that also the tree~ are processed as the tree
files are listed explicitly in helpcontent2\source\auxiliary\
makefile.mk. Anyway, to be on the save side just avoid to cre-
ate additional files there or delete them afterwards.

2. In any case this cannot be the reason because your modified
swriter.tree file just did not make it into the output tree as
in Z:\hcshared22\DEV300\wntmsci12.pro\pck.m52\swriter_en-US.zip
there's still the unmodified file (but also different from the
swriter.tree~ file).

I don't know why, but obviously it's just a building problem in
your cws. So please try again to build helpcontent2 after tou-
ching your new tree files or removing all zip files in helpcon-
tent2\wntmsci12.pro\bin\. Afterwards, before delivering please
check if your new tree files made it into the zip files.

-> INVALID
