Add "HCl" and "Pa SI multiples" to exception lists

The "words" above are widely used around the world, but anyone who wants to write them down correctly anywhere in OOo must add their own exceptions (higher SI multiples of Pa aren't used not so often, but they still do exist). Please add them to the exceptions list for next versions

Isn't this a lingucomponent problem? Currently I can't see any high priority @dejv: Exception list of what? Please explain more detailed what exactly is your problem and what (for what languages) you want to have modified.

I think it's difficult to explain why hydrogen chloride is important as an exception (from 'correct 2 leading capitals?), but not potassium chloride. I think we would need a more powerful solution like subject-specific dictionaries with automatic completion of Autocorrect list. For example for chemists, jurists, ...
