In Impress:

Insert a table.
Click on the slide.
Click on the table.
Touch the table on an edge and move it.
There is a flickering on the slide for a short moment.
This issue was introduced with OOo 3.0.

Tested with OpenOffice 3.0 for Linux (Debian) and Windows (XP).

@cl->aw: I also notice very ugly thick black borders around tables that pop up
for a short time when cells get selected

AW: Yes, i noticed that black border for some time, it seems to have to do with
text edit start/stop -> EditView somehow, happens with any text when leaving
edit mode. Need to investigate deeper. Not sure about the Table flicker, though.
'Introduced in 3.0' does not sound feasible, but means it has nothing to do with
FullDrag then.

AW: cannot reproduce in DEV300 m52; it's the same as with #i99298#. Probably
fixed. Taking an eye on it..

AW: Took a 2nd look, seems to have to do with TextEdit active and the
OverlayManager changing between buffered and non-buffered. Could not reproduce
by debugging.
