Description fredrik.haegg 2008-10-11 12:42:35 UTC
Is this a correct behavior? In English the Thesaurus-entry is active also
without a word,
but in for instance Spanish it's not.

Expected: menu-entry to be active in all languages with a dictionary.

Spanish Thesaurus and Hyphenation are not included by default (see issue 94867).
Thus the Thesaurus entry for Spanish NEVER gets active :-)

The Thesaurus entry must be active when the Thesaurus for the language set at
the current cursor position is installed and activated.

About what Spellcheck/Thesaurus/Hyphenation files are available, please see
issue 89121.

Note that the Hyphenation entry is ALWAYS active because if started, Hyphenation
will go through the entire document, not knowing in advance what languages are
set and if Hyphenation for the respective language is active.

Set to "Invalid" as the current behavior is correct.
