The way to replicate:

(1) Install any presentation template extension.
(2) Open Impress and see the available page masters.
(3) Uninstall this extension.
(4) Reinstall. The page masters will be blank (also if you restart OOo). The
file monitor in Windows shows that OOo looks for the template files in the first
location from which the extension has been removed. It means that the path is
cached (probably in some .sob file which is accessed many times when OOo tries
to find the templates) and not removed properly on uninstall.

@milek_pl: I do not see this on DEV300m49. Could you please check again in a
current version?

@jl: now the page masters seem to be installed correctly (version 3.1) but I
seem to get all kinds of complaints about extension paths. This however a
general issue of corrupting the extension paths (issue 102237).

Closing as worksforme, as probably the fix is a side-effect ;)
