At the moment (october 19, 20:00 CET) if you click a bouncer link, osousl.org
takes a very long time to respond or simply times out. Thus it is difficult or
impossible to download OpenOffice.org via bouncer links.

Seems to be fixed. I cannot reproduce this. Maybe you got a mirror with a slow
connection and having a high latency.
