The following builds of 3.0.0RC4 PL have passed QA and should be
distributed to the mirror network as stable builds:

the file has been uploaded/linked to extended mirror master. I'll add a Bouncer
link when the file is distributed

Please check the Bouncer link before you add it to your download page. The
Bouncer link will activate when Bouncer has run it's crawler job Sentry which
looks for corresponding files on the mirrors.

I will remove the old release (2.4.1) when the Bouncer link resolves

This issue is in status 'fixed/verified' for longer than a year. This issue is
closed now. If you think the issue isn't fixed, please reopen it and send it to
a adequate owner.
