1. Create or open a presentation
2. Switch to "Outline" tab
3. Select all if any
4. Format -> Default formatting
5. If there were any text, you'll see it all move left to cover slide number 
and icon; if there are no any text, cyrsor will move left and allow to type 
over slide no & ico.

Switching out and back to outline restores display.
