This is a reversion of earlier issues 51274 and 51464

I will attach 3 screen grabs of the recovery process.  The first two show a
message asking us to press "next" to send a crash report, but no button with
"next" on it ever appears

Duplicate posting - because of
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=403727 - I can't turn off tapping on
my touchpad.  There is nothing wrong with your web site....

Please see 96025 instead
