The readme file is not updated for new builds, either online or the version
included in the installation.  A quick cosmetic fix would be to do a search and
replace and change 1.0 to 643C.

The welcome/readme.html has been introduced with 1.0.0 for stable builds.
An update to 1.0.1 seems to be needed.
May be we should use this URL as an entry point for the most recent
stable and developer build.

There are no installation instructions in the README. Is this by
design? There isn't a separate INSTALL file. It is not entirely clear
(on Linux anyway) how to install OO.
