Reproduction:
- Use OOo 3.0 / 3.0.1 (tested OOo300m10 x86 and x86_64, both Linux)
- Set macro security to medium
- Download
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/packagemanager/Extension_Manager_UI_Change.odt
- Load the file
-> There is a Index out of range error in
Extension_Manager_UI_Change.odt.Standard ->
Module "Autotexts" line 109 (function: getVersionFromEntry()

I consider it not acceptable that we cannot read and fully use our own
specification template, thus i'm setting the target to 3.0.1 with a priority of 2.

Ok, most of the other specification documents load without problems.
So for some reason this is only this document being broken.

As i have to do some modifications to this document anyway i'm going to fix this
as well.

I updated the specification document and attached it to this issue.
@DV: Can you please replace the Spec on OOo with the document from this issue?
