1. In Writer, go to File > New > Labels.
2. Choose 'Avery Letter Size' as the brand.
3. Choose '74650 Name Badge Inserts 2 1/2" x 3 1/2"' as the type.
4. Click 'New document'.

The resulting label sheet will be improperly formatted and completely unusable.
This occurs for all the available 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" labels.
