The text incorectly says that unregistered users can't query IZ.  I suggest
removal of the sections I have marked with >>>>> and <<<<<.

'If you are a registered user of OpenOffice.org, you can use IssueZilla to >>>>
browse existing issues, <<<< enter new issues, or modify the details of an
existing issues. Please be aware that you'll need to enable cookies in your
browser to use IssueZilla. You can't use IssueZilla if you  >>>>>> are not a
registered user or <<<<<< have not enabled cookies. You can register by clicking
on the "Join" link in the left navbar. '

Suggested replacement:

'If you have not yet registered at OpenOffice.org, you can use IssueZilla to
browse existing issues.  If you are a registered user of OpenOffice.org, you can
use IssueZilla to enter new issues or comment on existing issues. Please be
aware that you'll need to enable cookies in your browser to use IssueZilla. You
can't use IssueZilla if you have not enabled cookies. You can register by
clicking on the "Join" link in the left navbar.'
