The functionwizard has moved from the sc to a new formula module. Therefor all
HIDs have changed and the autotests have to be adapted

Fixes done. The functionwizard is newly declared and all autotests are adapted.
(changed files: hid.lst, dial_d_h.win, edia_d_h.win, c_insertmenu.inc,
c_getpivotdata.inc)
