This issue appears to be separate from issue 96983 and issue 96984 but is
dependent upon them.

With particular document, reuse of dialog box leads to freeze of dialog,
queueing of dialog, crash on exit

If I reuse a dialog box over and over:
1. The dialog box content stops responding (issue 96983) 
2. Dialog stops responding (issue 96984)
3. On exit, all pending dialog boxes appear and the application crashes. (this
issue)

Steps:
1. Open attached file. (to be attached)
2. Format > Styles and Formatting...
3. In Styles and Formatting palette (which I have floating) control-click "CB
Ind SD Unread".
4. If font tab is not active, choose font tab.
5. If Regular is active, click Italic, else click Regular.
6. If step 5 worked as expected, click OK to close "CB Ind SD Unread" dialog.
7. If clicking Italic or Regular worked, repeat steps 3-6 over and over until
clicking Regular or Italic has no effect.  (It normally takes me 1-3 tries.)
8. Click OK to close "CB Ind SD Unread" dialog.
9. Repeat step 3.
10. OpenOffice.org menu > Quit OpenOffice.org
11. In "CB Ind SD Unread" dialog, click Cancel.
12. In OpenOffice.org 3.0 dialog, click Discard.

Actual result: Two dialogs open: "The application soffice.bin quit unexpectedly"
and "OpenOffice Document Recovery" (intermittently, the second dialog opens as a
blank box with no OK button and a beach ball)
Expected result: OpenOffice.org quits nicely.
