- in cws native216 we will add a new extension to OOo
- this extension creates a new entry in Tools Options OpenOffice.org
- the testcases have to be adjusted

- with enabled extension there is a new confirmation dialog at office start

- Presence of extension is detected via API and stored in a global boolean
variable gExtensionOOoImprovementIsInstalled (TRUE if yes).
- Logging is disabled via API, no matter what the UI says
- Some (hopefully all) Tests have been modified to check for the 14.th tabpage /
global variable if they access tools/options

SVN Revision 265668 adds the -nofirststartwizard parameter to the testtool start
routine
