If nothing is logged (either because it has been turned off via API or dialog)
the "Show Data" button is enabled. If clicked *two* message boxes appear to
inform about the missing .../user/temp/feedback/Current.csv. One would be enough.

Note for myself:
If issue 97340 is fixed it would fix this one automatically.
The automated test (e_update.bas) should handle the change gracefully so the
test does not need to be updated when the extension is fixed and integrated.
