After a few clean uses of various parts of OO3, the problem started.
The Toolbars had the Dutch lines instead of the pictures, which was supposed to 
be the case. In the adapt toolbar ("werkbalk aanpassen") menu, the setting was 
still Pictures only, instead of text only or both. After resetting to 
standards, the problem remained. Also tried to get a new user profile and 
tried, that also did not work.

What did you do? How was the state of the program before and after?
Which version are you using?

Did you delete your OOo user directory?
