I get reports from russian accounting system "1C Predpriyatie".

1. Save a report on disk in .xls format MS Office Excel 5.0/95.
2. Open in OOCalc for postediting.
3. Save the edited version.
4. Reopen the report: only ?????????? instead of cyrillic letters both in OOCalc 
and MSExcel.
