Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a hyperlink as button.
2. Turn design mode on, if it is not already on.
3. Drag the green handles to resize the hyperlink button.
Watch, that the button is not redrawn, but only the green handles are on the new
position.
(If you scroll the button out of view and scroll back or if you use
CRTL+Shift+R, the button is drawn in the correct size.)

The error is still in OOoDEVm37, but I saw it already in OOo2.4.1.

Insert - Hyperlink - Further settings - Form - Button
Button resize OK.
