F9 is special Mac OS X shortcut, OO.o doesn't receive it -> doesn't work. Needs
to be changed.

Proposal Option-Cmd-P (iWork Keynote).

The official shortcut for starting a slideshow is F5, which works without
problems. This shortcut is mentioned in the help and also in the menu.

Yes, you're right, it's F5. But anyway, look at following screenshot, F9 is
assigned to Slide Show too and this shortcut should be removed.
