Prototype Requirement: Planning using agile methodologies
Last modified: 2017-05-20 09:12:09 UTC
From a mail (se URL) from Andrea Scavolini on the dev list: "If we want to create something different from MS Project, what we need to do is to be more flexible against different tecnique of planning. For example, pert/gantt technique is perfect for sequential vs parallel planning. But in a lot of situations (i.e. Agile Methodologies...) what you have to do to manage a project is to make a list of organized tasks (by argument...) giving them resources and PRIORITY. This is really close to what a common project tool does, but enforcing this with views (colors for priority...) and trying to integrate it with timeline would be a great result for oopm."
