Some export options*** can be currently defined by setting variables under "File
- Properties - Custom Properties".

They should be included into the "File - Send - To MediaWiki" dialog (See
attached mokup)

- Prevent double newlines for separating paragraphs in preformatted text by default.

- supported table format "wikitable" and "prettytable" or "HTML format"
