with the current default size of the plugin manager dialog only 7 plugins are
visible at once. It is even worse than the old update center wizard where 9
plugins were visible.

A few simple things can be done to show more items in the available space.

* default height of the dialog box can be increased,
* the empty area between the Refresh list button and the description area can be
eliminated,
* the spacing of the table with items can be decreased to show items in a more
dense way,
* maybe also the font size in the table could be decreased by one or two points

Layout of Plugin Manager was changed by spec.

Now can show 18 plugin at once. Thanks for feedback.
