often happens that after closing some files under netbeans the navigator still
displaying some content of already closed file, such situation is error prone, I
can reproduce several bugs because of it, so I think that after closing file the
content from navigator should also disapear

Exactly the same situation: I was editing XML file and Navigator was showing its tree view. I closed XML file ->
Navigator still the same. Double click on the element in Navigator opens closed XML file.

I expected that Navigator will go blank.
