Build 080812000 XP JDK1.5.0_12 1. ee5 project, drop a textfield 2. open the style property and open Posiiton and select 5 for Top, and select picas for the units. 3. Ok. CAn see "top: 5picas" in .jsp as well as the style property but a documentation error is reported: --The "width" property does not support dimension values.-- 4. Go back to the style property editor >top: 5picas is missing But it's still there in .jsp . It seems we really don't implement picas either in designer. Picas as position units do not seem to have any effect in either Firefox or IE7. So it's a NO-OP. I do see "pc" (abbreviation for picas) units working in designer and browsers for fonts. Need to determine if we should fix this issue or remove picas unit selection from position and textblock areas.
