1. Create newLoanApplication schema.
2. Switch to Design View.
3. Choose Refactor -Rename for some item in view.
4. Click Preview.
5. Click Do Refactoring.
Result: item's name remains the same in Design View. In Schema View and Source View, it's changed properly.
