In the Options window, expand Web Browsers and there are three choices ... ICE 
Browser, External Browser (Command Line), and External Browser (Windows).  
Select any of the browser and the properties panel says "No properties".  Then 
select another browser and then re-select the first browser and the properties 
are displayed properly.

The fact that the properties don't display when first selected by the user can 
cause some confusion.

I beleive this issue is fixed by last changes in PropertySheet (1.66).
Please check and verify or reopen. Thanks.
