NetBeans release 3.2 build #32 on Windows, Red Hat Linux, Solaris with JDK 1.3

Description:

As mentioned in the Summary both "Browse..." buttons don't call JFileChoosers 
and user has to type in path to cvs binary and unix shell manually.

Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Mount CVS filesystem using "Command-line Client Support" into explorer.
2. After it is mounted invoke its customizer and switch to "CVS Setup" tab.
3. Try clicking on any of "Browse..." buttons to verify that they don't work.
