Tested in build 20010419-1307_IE, JDK1.4.0-beta-b60.

- run IDE and restart several times
- once you get neverending security exception (see att.) and loading of IDE
stops

It happens when you save project and restart the IDE. Then during the opening of
the project while IDE is starting up, security exceptions are thrown.
