I used VCSCVS in tandem with ssh and cvs from the cygwin project in 3.1. I had 
to use the console version to avoid the "no controlling tty" issue, but it 
worked. Now, I am recieving a mysterious "Aborted by user!" error in RC3 when I 
attempt to check out sources. It is consistent on two separate Win2K boxes.

Can this be a duplicate of issue #11547 ? I'm not sure at this point. Can you
please attach the exact output of the CVS command ?

We know only what we knew before. :-( I personally consider it as duplicate.
