In some condition the Set As Main Project does not work.
I was looking for some code in the Sample, and decided to open a Sample VisualJSF Project
(VehicleIncidentReportApplication) and found out that the wizard is offering a check box (Set as Main Project 
that is not working.
I decided to keep my current project as Main Project, but after installing this sample application I eventually saw that
the sample project was the new Main Project.
This is not a high priority defect but quite annoying when you want to go fast.

confirmed.
a problem in the visual web integration I suppose. The wizard doesn't seem to read the value from the checkbox and
always sets the project as main.

Yes, this is a known bug that it was not well maintained/uptodate in the Sample app area.

I have seen this as well with RC2 on WXP.  Annoying, but hardly a show-stopper.
