- In main window, select Tools: Options menu item. In Options dialog, select 
System Settings node and verify Web Browser field is set to ICE Browser.

- In main window, select View: Web Browser menu item. In Web Browser window, 
enter URL: http://www.netbeans.org/downloads.html

- In that page (Development Build row), download "NetBeans-dev-185.zip". This 
brings you to the Binary License Agreement page. Continue by clicking "I 
Accept" button.


Here is the issue: No pilot found for application/zip Save content

This is the information I see when I try and download the file. When I follow 
the same steps in another browser (for example: IE), I get a File Download 
dialog and proceed by downloading the file.
