Maybe I am missing something but as far as I can see the excellent XSLT designer is only available in the SOA -> XSLT
Module. This designed would also be extremely useful in other places (simply in the XML Category). 

Selecting a source and target Schema is standard in such tools as Altova MapForce for example.
