1. Create web application with "Visual Web JSF" framework.
2. Add Anchor component to the page.
3. Add Hyperlink component to the page.
4. Select Hyperlink component and click dotten button for property "url" in Properties window.

Result: There is no anchor in appeared dialog, but it will be better if customer can choose anchors on the page in this
dialog.
